In the house are two separate, spacious and modern, fully equipped apartments with 4 rooms with an area of 100 m2, the capacity of apartment 1 – is 6 + 2 persons, apartment 2 – is 5 + 2 pers. The apartments have a fully and comfortably equipped kitchen, spacious bright dining room, lounge with TV, 2 x toilet and generous bathroom, is there also a common utility room for storing bicycles, strollers and other equipment, wi-fi, air conditioning, parking space separate, access to the sea only 45 min., location suitable especially for wine cycling and trips with many historical monuments in the picturesque area of Goriška Brda.
